1. What we collect
We collect only what the site needs to function:
- Account data: your FaucetPay email address when you log in or register, plus an optional referrer ID.
- Claim records: which coins you claimed, amounts, timestamps and your IP address (used for rate limiting and fraud prevention).
- Contact messages: your name, email and message content when you use the contact form.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for your real name, address, ID documents, passwords, private keys or seed phrases — and we never will. Anyone asking for those in our name is a scammer.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the faucet: track claim timers, enforce daily limits and send payouts.
- To prevent abuse: detect bots, multi-accounting and fraud.
- To respond to your contact messages.
- To understand aggregate usage (e.g. which pages are popular) so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, sending payout instructions to FaucetPay, which receives only your FaucetPay email/username and the payout amount).
4. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against spam (CSRF tokens, captchas). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Third-party advertisers whose banners appear on this site may set their own cookies — please refer to their respective privacy policies.
5. Data retention
Claim and payout records are kept as long as your account exists, since they document money owed and paid. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the contact page.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date.
