Version 1.0 — last updated September 29, 2026

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints quickly.

Reporting infringement (takedown requests)

If you believe content on CryptoDrip infringes your copyright, send a notice to us via the contact page (subject: "DMCA takedown") with:

  1. Your full name, company (if any), email address and phone number.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work (a link or description is enough).
  3. The exact URL(s) on our Site where the infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our process

  1. We review every notice, usually within 5 business days.
  2. Valid notices: the material is removed or disabled, and the uploader (if any) is notified.
  3. Repeat infringers lose their accounts permanently.
  4. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, reply to our notification with a counter-notice (your contact details, the removed URL, and consent to your local jurisdiction). We restore material when a counter-notice is valid and the original complainant does not pursue the matter within 10–14 business days.

Advertiser content

Ads are submitted by third-party advertisers and reviewed before going live, but we cannot pre-screen everything. If an ad infringes your rights, report it the same way and include the ad's destination URL.

Abuse of this process

Knowingly false takedown notices may carry legal liability. Please be sure you own the rights (or represent the owner) before filing.
